Glad ta finally review this one… Glad it’s also Sunday ‘cause I’m only doin’ current reviewz on Sundays due to I’m tryin’ to review ova 700 Louisiana CDs durin’ tha weekdayz (from past to present)! Here goes my review for Promo Only: Dance Radio June 2010! Too bad this gon REALLY suck… Looks pretty shitty on tha tracklisting. A bunch of songs are kinda old or weird HMs; NOT good for my birthday month of June!! :td Also, tha fastest song iz 130 BPM; that’s tha LOWEST for a fastest and there’s a 3-way tie fa dat, SMH… Start Time: 11:22 AM | End Time: 1:53 PM

1. I rate each song from 1.0 – 5.0. To determine my favorites, I will differ tha 4.0 ratings (if a song gets at least a 4.0 rating from me, I love it already. If at least a 4.6 rating, I pretty much REALLY LOVE it as it’s considered “mindblowin’” when I hear it) so any song can earn up to a maximum of a 5.0 rating.

To tha artist/producer: Don’t get catchy feelin’s if I don’t like a song on a first listen. Things could change in tha future as I could love it, so you neva know!

01. Carmen Reece “Raindrop (Dave Audé Radio Edit)”

*Sarcastic Voice* 1^st of 3 of tha fastest songs on here, lol! Sarcastic or not, I’m lookin’ forward to a 2010 comeback! I already see PFM showin’ luv ta this song by considering it. >>> Still sounds good like “Right Here”; glad this iz faster… Sounds good wit tha 1^st verse and tha chorus’s not bad so far… Tha lyrics are pretty good too… She’ll prolly be at Megajam ’10. More info at party105.com ta see who’s gonna be at this Megajam (Dana Rayne and a bunch others)! I’m hearin’ some pourin’ during tha bridge; pretty hot for a Dance mix! My Rating: 4.0

02. Kelly Rowland “Commander (David Guetta Radio Edit)”

Tha Destiny’s Child gurl… At first, I didn’t add this right away and was confused wit there bein’ a mix name ‘cause really, it’s tha main version. Hope this goes Pop soon… Now, when I played it, it sounds REAL, REAL HOT all of a sudden!! Had ta play it a few times tha 1^st day I played it!! Lots of Pop/R&B artists are REALLY reachin’ out ta make Dance-type music and it’s a DEFINITE good look!! Gotta luv tha WHOLE chorus in this!!! :tu My Current Rating: 4.6

03. Kerima “This Night (Klubjumpers Radio Edit)”

This one looks hot; I hope it pays off!! >>> Good, at least tha beginning of this CD’s HOT so far!! Feelin’ how this song’s comin’ out (just like “Commander”)! :tu Glad tha beat’s Dance unlike tha last CD, lol! Sounds like a mix of Carmen Reece & Robyn on tha vocals; HOTNESS!! :tu Tha bridge sounds pretty hot here; nothin’ but a consistent song dat should sound REAL HOT for tha Summer!! My Rating: 4.5

04. Alex Gaudino “I’m In Love”

Heard it on MCD and I’m not sure how crazy I am about it… >>> Sounds betta now that I’m hearin’ it on my earphones… I’m not dat crazy about all tha repetitiveness fa this one or tha vocals dat much but I think I might add it to my playlist as a “spike” though (only playin’ it like 1-2x every three weeks). 3:37 on tha length? Prolly could’ve been like 45 seconds shorter? After hearin’ tha title so many times back ta back, I feel like havin’ an “om-a-let,” lol!! Just playin’… My Rating: 3.5

05. David Vendetta vs. Luciana “Make Boys Cry”

I feel like, just like wit any PO that’s been comin’ out, I’ve been forgetting what’s on here… Not a Robbins song but a Thrive/IDJMG (“I’m In The House”) combo label so let’s see how Luciana iz after tha “I Like That”! >>> Slow start but I’m likin’ how her GR8 voice sounds durin’ tha chorus! We might need a lil’ boost wit tha music though… Sounds like some hot sounds comin’ out when she says tha title… I hear rhymes on tha 2^nd verse and it’s soundin’ hot!! Tha rest of this iz pretty consistent; feelin’ it!! Looks like this CD’s not dat bad after all!! Then again, it’s just tha beginning… Tha 3^rd verse has good rhymes too; gotta feel it… My Rating: 4.3

06. Rihanna “Rockstar 101 (Chew Fu Teacher’s Pet Clean Edit)”

MCD has a Dave Audé mix, which sounds good but this song’s a lil’ funny ta me wit Rihanna bein’ on it. Still, just like wit her other previous songs within this year (excludin’ “Rude Boy”), most of these songs seem like tha evolution of bein’ away from Chris Brown. >>> ROFL @ no intro!! LOL, this iz really clean compared to tha DA mix; they censored “finger” here. LOL @ tha “hard” Rihanna… Sounded a lil’ repetitive for a start but now, more content’s comin’ out… Tha beat’s okay but DA wins fa his mix. LOL, I’m only ½ way through now? ROFL @ “big shit talker” turnin’ into, “Big—Hey baby, I’ma…,” lol? Damn, what a long ending too… My Rating: 2.9

07. Hannah “I Believe In You (Bimbo Jones Radio Edit)”

Heard tha original on MCD and it sounds like a HOT, slower-type Dance song!! I’m feelin’ dat but let’s see this mix… >>> ROFL @ tha lil’ vocal part in tha beginning; typical BJ start. Still sounds good; I guess they’re both equally good… This gives it more of a Dance feel. My Rating: 4.2

08. Jenna Drey “Girlz Night Out (Andy Harding Radio Edit)”

Could be my biggest AL on here… No more Robbins, lol? Tha label listed iz Audio One, tha old label she was at. Let’s see what’s good wit this… >>> Pretty hot start; lookin’ forward ta hearin’ tha rest!! Real-life-type lyrics in tha 1^st verse, lol. I might be “workin’” soon, lol. How good/bad will it feel? LOL @ tha hook; boyzless, lol! Tha beat creeps up on ya at times; pretty catchy ta catch attention here… Good job fa makin’ this an anthem. I wonder how it’ll do for airplay? I’m sure good… My Rating: 4.3

09. The Disco Biscuits Feat. TuPhace “On Time (Dave Audé Radio Edit)”

Wonder what this could be… >>> Good lyrics in tha 1^st verse… Not bad so far… I think tha chorus sounds hot; good thing for DA on tha mix! Tha 2^nd verse sounds good too wit tha lyrics and everything wit tha consistency… Speakin’ of “disco,” tha lil’ bridge wit those computer-type vocals sound a lil’ “disco”. My Rating: 3.9

½time: For a CD dat let me down wit tha preview, I think it’s off to a GR8 start! Only tha Rihanna one was blehhh but tha rest of ‘em were good! Tha average CD rating’s at 4.0 so it’s a plus, but damn, only 19 songs?

10. Mason Feat. DMC & Sam Sparro “Corrected (Mason Radio Edit)”

Now, this iz DEFINITELY what’s up!! I don’t think this song belongs here (‘cause it’s an MCE song) but it makes me happy ta see it here! Plus, I believe it takes tha RECORD for shortest PO song; 2:13!! Glad it beat dat “Rap Das Armas” from last year ‘cause dat DIDN’T deserve it!! Thumbs up ta Darryl from Run DMC fa rappin’ on this GR8-ASS beat; luvin’ it!! Plus, all tha lyrics are dedicated fa those rappers in tha mainstream dat do all dat typical bullshit dat don’t define anything so thumbs up ta this!! LOL @ how quick it iz and thumbsu p ta SS’s lil’ singin’ in tha chorus! My Current Rating: 4.7

11. Sean Kingston Feat. Justin Bieber “Eenie Meenie (Ruff Loaderz Radio Mix)”

Time for tha start of tha fuck ups… Oh, God, I KNEW this was gonna be on one of these POs ‘cause of tha babyish content in tha chorus! Hopefully this mix sucks so tha ratings could go down!! >>> Lookin’ on PO and this iz fastest song 2 of 3, smh. Boo @ tha start givin’ me a high AL… Tha only thing I liked about this song was tha “mind, mind, mind, mind, mind / time, time, time, time, time” part; everything else iz ehh… Hopefully on tha next PO, RL could come back for a retry wit a betta song ta remix ‘cause it sounds like they could be good remixers… My Rating: 3.2

12. Charice “Pyramid (Dave Audé Radio Edit)”

Good thing they kept tha 1^st seven seconds; MCD doesn’t have it… Anyway, REAL HOT HM but you know what, I (and MCD) had this fa three months and this iz what it reminds me of:

A ZERO!! NOTHIN’ BUT MATH CLASS!!! Glad dat STRUGGLIN’ semester iz behind me and I got a B in it ‘cause it was a REAL hard class!! And tha 0’s for my teacher, who wasn’t an English person and would say “zero” as “zed-oh;” one of tha gurls in my class and I would get a BIG kick outta it, lol! As for tha song, it has been big everywhere; sounds betta Dance than Pop. Tha Pop version (wit Iyaz—PO, you made an error here, lol) sounds like tha vocals are all ova tha place and it sounds different. I easily IC’d tha song at 1^st ‘cause of tha title. I thought it was Dance at first but it’s not Dance and she has STELLAR vocals; I believe MCD’s fact said 10 octaves! My Current Rating: 4.4

13. Kevin Rudolf Feat. Birdman, Jay Sean & Lil’ Wayne “I Made It (Cash Money Heroes) (Jason Nevins Radio Edit)”

Slowest one on here (thought it was gonna be fastest); not really lookin’ forward. MCH has a fast mix (sounds like Lenny B?). >>> LOL, this iz tha 3^rd hit song fa KR but I still consider him a one-hit-wonder. LOL @ this slow-ass beat! Tha collaboration from KR & JS sounds pretty good on tha hook though. LOL @ tha 2^nd verse from Birdman; “more money than I seen in a garbage can.” LOL, I feel like I saw more money, lol! LOL, a 3^rd verse already and it’s JS? I thought he would be rappin’ at first but whateva; him and his “Down” song… LOL @ Lil’ Wayne on tha 4^th verse; “got money like we just found oil.” Well, guess what? There’s like 40+ million of it flowin’ around tha South; chase afta it, lol! My Rating: 3.3

14. Steve Smooth Feat. Luvli “So High”

Let’s see their 2010 song. >>> Sounds like a good start here; more betta than tha “Being In Love” song. This might be one of tha betta songs on tha 2^nd ½ here… Feelin’ tha beginning; really feelin’ tha beat! Tha 2^nd verse sounds HOT wit tha “fiendin’ for ya like an addictive drug;” already, you can tell this iz “addictive!” I like how tha bridge sounded too; DEFINITELY a plus tha whole way through! My Rating: 4.4

15. Aquene Feat. Debra “Free The Night (Original Radio Edit)”

A lil’ slow also (123) but Parker/Next Plateau signed it so maybe, it could be tha next biggest thing? Likin’ tha name already… >>> Sounds HOT on tha intro and sounds like a remake? Tha beat here sounds like some good, energetic Dance music! Hot chorus… Gotta luv a name wit nearly an element in it (looks like aqua)! Pretty hot, continuously! Ooh, I like tha breakdown too! DEFINITELY pure hotness!! My Rating: 4.4

16. Armand Van Helden & A-Trak Present Duck Sauce “aNYway (Original Radio Edit)”

ROFL, lemme continue about tha oldies; how ‘bout somethin’ from July 2009? LOL… They put two songs out at once (this and “You’re Nasty”) and MCD premiered both at tha same time. I played tha “You’re Nasty” song ‘cause of its hot beat. This song was barely an IC fa me and now look, Thrive/IDJMG signed so now what, it gon go Pop or somethin’, lol? It’s an okay song; I think tha vocals and verses are catchy though. My Current Rating: 3.6

17. Christina Aguilera “Not Myself Tonight (Chus & Cheballos Clean Radio Edit)”

ROFL @ these songs all of a sudden!! And, speakin’ of which, MCD got this and put it in late night rotation? I thought they LUVED her, lol? I think this song lost its stamina in tha Pop world but was REAL hot ta begin wit! This mix sounds cool… I guess it’s okay to have a Dance mix. Not much attention though, especially since iPR went away. :( I always luved her, “And if you don’t like it, fuck you,” part; how random, lol! She’s tryna kick ass! She Lady GaGa’d herself by “kissin’ on tha boys and tha gurls,” lol. My Current Rating: 3.9

18. Tommie Sunshine Feat. Oh Snap! “5AM (A Girl Like You)”

Anotha MCE song, ROFL… Once again, pretty good song but doesn’t belong here. TS’s a GR8 Dance remixer and this iz good for MCE wit its Rapish sound. Tha rappin’s aight here. I rather listen to it on MCE than have it as a frequent-played playlist song. What’s wit all these 3:30+ lengths fa all these songs, lol? Catchy beat once again, wit a different style fa TS. My Current Rating: 3.7

19. Kerli “Tea Party (Chew Fu Radio Edit)”

Tha 3^rd of 3^rd fastest song on here, lol… Well, it LOOKS like a REAL GR8 ending artist for me. She had a GR8 song two years ago wit a creative video and MTV even played it! She got played on MCE (although it was more Pop) and she looks like Lady gaGa. Let’s see this interestin’ title/mix for an ending. Very curious for tha content warning? >>> Kinda like tha “Eenie Meenie”, it has a lil’ bit of a “young” sound to it but kick-ass wit tha beat! Ooh, different style from her “Walking On Air” song; sounds interestin’ wit how she delivers tha lyrics. She doesn’t sound like good-girl or somethin’ on this fa some reason, lol. Very interestin’ fa an ending… My Rating: 4.3

Overall: Pretty weird PO and tha average CD rating held on… I don’t think a lotta these songs are gonna have extended lives wit me. I feel like this turned out betta than I expected but c’mon, we can do faster than 130 for tha BPM!
