as it’s jammin’ enough for me to like it! I look for beats, then vocals, and
then lyrics. To determine my favorites, I will differ tha 4.0 ratings. If a
song gets at least a 4.0 rating from me, I love it already. If at least a 4.6
rating, I pretty much really love it,
as it’s considered mindblowin’ when I
hear it! Any song can earn up to a maximum of a 5.0 rating. Anything I type

Yeah
tha song’s a lil’ weird/cool but I’m glad BJ are gettin’ better at their remixes;
makes me like tha song better. I like all tha “na-na-na-na-na-na” parts and tha
music iz at its peak on tha chorus! :tu I also like tha transition parts before
tha 2nd verse/bridge wit tha “check my flow” part. :tu My Current Rating: 4.2

Lasgo “Out Of My Mind”
High
AL for tha comeback of Lasgo (they haven’t had a Domestic release on my sources
since tha “Hold Me Now” joint back in tha Summer of 2006). >>> Tha
music in tha beginning reminds me of The Mac Project/Therese “Another Love”. Oh
yeah, this song has tha record for most AL
points I’ve had for a song (for anticipation): 22!! This iz a pretty cool beat
and I’m prolly gonna like it more as it’s played more and more on sources
worldwide. I thought this was gonna be more vocal-trancey rather than a cool
type of beat type of song but it gets my thumbs up. My Rating: 4.0

“Everytime We Touch”
I’m
not even gonna say anything for before I listen to it… I’m just gonna “:rofl
:rofl :rofl”!! >>> It’s not a cover up to Cascada (as I would’ve
guessed) but just decent so far. Music iz pickin’ up towards tha :37 mark… I
know CW has a strong voice but I can’t really get into this right now… Now, I
can say “Tomorrow Can Wait” was easily better… And with this song havin’ a
WHOPPIN’ 3 DJs (DG, SA & SI), it didn’t really catch onto me that much. My Rating: 3.4

Shontelle “T-Shirt (Josh Harris Radio Mix)”
Deserves
to have tha “Edit” in tha mix (not tha “Mix” ‘cause it’s not good)! Tha original
iz way too slow and sadly, this iz tha best mix for this song (and it’s not
good). Mike Rizzo’s mix (110 BPM) sounds like he jacked a Hip-Hop/R&B
producer’s beat and made it into his own, while Ray Roc’s mix iz still slow
(120 BPM) and nothin’ special. I mean, where iz someone to mix it 142 BPM and
at least make it better? Not likin’ tha slow JH sound; bad/plain/boring song +
bad remix = garbage song/mix for me. :( Oh yeah, I’m hatin’ MCD for puttin’ it
in heavy rotation… C’mon, stop dickridin’ mainstream Pop/R&B artists and
their remixes MCD. :td My Current

Entertainment (still pumpin’ out those BANGIN’ Dance songs) and tha artist’s
name iz tha name of a “captcha,” lol. Let’s see… Iz it better than Lasgo’s
song? >>> Already I can tell it’s better… An interesting beat start
and great female vocals in tha beginning. Tha verse sounded better than tha
chorus but tha music sounds pretty good, especially after tha chorus. With it
bein’ signed to NPE, I wonder how it’s gonna do in tha mainstream Dance scene…
Yeah, that 2nd verse was good too and tha music was kinda slower on
tha 2nd chorus… Maybe Lasgo iz a lil’ better but we’ll see how this
does for me in tha future… My Rating: 3.8

Leona Lewis “Better In Time (Jason Nevins Radio Edit)”
I’m
sick of every PO havin’ tha highest BPM song
bein’ a HM, especially from JN. I mean, where’s a fast, actual Dance song.
Anyway, unlike those 4 JN remixes on tha last PO,
this iz easily better than those; great HM here. I’m glad her vocals are bein’
noticed wit tha mainstream stations; she’s always great for a Dance remix! My Current Rating: 4.0

Booty Luv “Some Kinda Rush (Soul Seekerz Radio Edit)”
Bringin’
an import back from tha dead… And still an import on PO…
This iz remembered now as a HOT
Dance joint from this year, not still
heard. Anyway, SS have been usin’ that same “Handle Me” type of sound in
their beats (e.g., “American Boy,” “Daddy-O,” “Into The Nightlife” all sound
tha same wit their SS remixes). They need to go back to tha Leana “Embrace Me”
sound ‘cause that’s tha SS sound I loved! Not really lookin’ forward to see
what they did to BL… >>> Last year, tha No. 7 song was “Shame Shame
Shame” remix by David Morales; they did like tha same thing here for No. 7 on
this CD, bringin’ back an oldie and remixin’ it. Good thing tha SS sound iz
actually different for this remix! Of course that chorus has ALWAYS been
bangin’; it should’ve went into tha chorus before tha 1st verse
though ‘cause that’s how it caught my attention, in a BIG way, when I first
heard it January 25, 2008. Good remix but this didn’t need a remix… at all! My Rating: Original Version: 4.9 | This Mix: 4.1

be anotha bangin’ song from her! High AL
for this right here! >>> Sounds like a September beat (almost
remindin’ me of “Until I Die” wit tha BPMs). Good thing tha beat iz more
dancey… Tha chorus sounded hot! Tha verses are pretty nice too but that chorus
has it goin’ on! Great Dance song right here even though I liked “Déjà Vu”
better from her. My Rating: 4.2

Brandy “Right Here (Departed) (Moto Blanco Radio Edit)”
As
soon as I get to start to LOVE tha original (REAL great R&B song), a remix
comes out… And it’s from MB sadly. :( C’mon, where’s Lenny B or someone to make
it A LOT BETTER! >>> SMH at MCD spellin’ her name “Brandi” (wit an “i”). Damn, this iz so
speeded up, lol. No quality feel in tha music ‘cause it’s MB remixin’ it; shit.
:( Gotta luv tha 2nd verse though, where “if you can’t breathe,
she’ll breathe for you;” great!! 3:30 on tha length? Wit all this speeded up
shit, this would prolly be like 2:39 or some shit like that; too many boring
interludes in this (wit tha music and tha “I’ll be right here with you” parts).
Somebody else please remix this! My
Current Rating: 2.6

deadmau5 & Kaskade Feat. Haley “I Remember”
Let’s
see what tha “mouse” (which iz how you pronounce tha “mau5” in his name) and
Kaskade did again… >>> Of course, another great track from them;
sounds a lil’ like “4:00 AM”’s music, only even smoother. :) Anotha great Dance
song put together by tha both of them. :tu This iz so great to relax to when
you’re studying or just wanna take it easy; who would’ve thought “Move For Me”
did REAL, REAL GOOD (reachin’ No. 1 on tha Billboard charts)! Great voice on
tha vocals and as always, on a deadmau5 and/or Kaskade track, tha vocalist iz
neva revealed… My Rating: 4.0

got it and there’s a featured artist revealed on it. Lemme find out their name
(it’s a female)… Okay, got it! It’s Nastala.
Let’s see… Will dM5/Kaskade’s song be better? >>> Wow, it’s over a
minute less than dM5/Kaskade’s song… Wit that buildin’ up type of intro, I
thought it was gonna be better… Not sure if I can take all tha “take time
before ya” parts… Oh, it’s gettin’ too repetitive for a song only 2:39 on tha
length. Way too short and needs a lil’ work. I also thought tha vocals were
gonna be better, especially since their workin’ wit Chris Lake.
My Rating: 3.1
½time: I knew it… Wasn’t too
anticipated at first and not even a song higher than 4.2 I think… Hopefully tha
rest can pick up as there’s still SOME hope at tha near-end…

better be better, since it’s tha highest BPM for a Dance song…! >>> Okay,
now this iz what I thought Chris
Lake’s song was gonna
have a lil’ of, but it didn’t. Feelin’ those vocal trance vocals and that nice
beat. I like how it got quiet for a sec around tha 1:02 mark. Halloween just
ended, but I guess it’ll be like Deepsky & Jes “Ghost” and have an after
effect. Catchy verses/vocals/chorus/beat (all catchiness)! :tu Wow, this iz tha
best song so far? My Rating: 4.3

HOPE MP has a real great new song as I have a lot of AL for it (prolly my highest, personally)!

background… Finally, at 1:19, I hear some words… Sounds weird/different and I’m
gettin’ into it; not your typical PO song! I’m
a lil’ distracted wit reviewin’ this ‘cause a rare song came on MCE just now… Saint Etienne “Lightning Strikes Twice”;

will this be like? I saw tha CD single and it’s a female… High AL! >>> Sounded
like ‘90s Dance music wit tha vocals/music. Pretty nice so far, definitely gonna
pay attention to this; automatic 4.0+ rating! Good thing for DJE/JV that tha
music sounds different (and not tha usual JV sound); feelin’ it so far.
Interesting wit tha “eat you up” parts. Oh yeah, this song iz signed to 3
different labels (and I don’t even know one of ‘em, lol). Anotha “outta left
field” PO song! My Rating: 4.3

remake, or should I say… dance vs. dance!
>>> Quiet start… Tha other one had tha music to start it off… Has some
“Tell Me” elements in tha chorus but no, a lot worse than tha other one. :( 2nd
verse picked up in tha music… Darude, please stick to faster, vocal trance
tracks, not this mainstream soundin’ crap that was done better almost 2 years
ago; nothin’ really caught on here. Too bad because it’s signed to Robbins that
it’s gonna go everywhere while tha other version didn’t ‘cause of its label…

She’s got that STRONG voice for tha track so that should be good for this! Great

least I’m gettin’ a smile here… LMAO @ those “L-I-licky-C-licky-K-Y” parts; how
cheesy, especially without tha music. LOL @ tha “licky like a postage stamp.”

Overall: End Time: 9:30 PM. Well,
tha January 2008 CD was tha worst PO this
year… This iz right behind that. Since I didn’t even rate a song 4.6 or higher,
that means not even 1 song got that “I’m obsessed wit it on a 1st
listen!!!” feeling from me; Madison Park was close though (congrats on her
gettin’ tha crown). Even though there was a bunch of Dance songs on here, they
didn’t have tha quality I wanted to feel… And those shitty-ass/below average
HMs were not called for also.
