What’s good? It’s ya boy, FrankieThaLuckyDog here, on this cold Saturday, January 22, 2022… I am broadcastin’, right chea, from Niagara Falls, NY; that’s right! I pulled through & just took tha 300-mile trip to come to Niagara Falls ta do this live review! So, shout out ta Promo Only fa givin’ me tha perseverance because this iz dedication, right chea! So, without further or do, so I can try & make this cold go by as quickly as possible, I finna get inta Track #01. Disclaimer: I type how I wanna type (frequent use of “tha” instead of “the,” “iz” instead of “is,” “a”-ending words instead of “er,” and a few others). I rate each song from 1.0 – 5.0; each rating iz my own opinion! I only please myself wit my ratings! As long as it’s jammin’ enough for me to like it, I like it how I wanna like it! I look for beats, then vocals, and then lyrics. To determine my favorites, I will differ tha 4.0 ratings. If a song gets at least a 4.0 rating from me, I love it already. If at least a 4.6 rating, I pretty much really love it, as it’s considered mindblowin’ when I hear it! Any song can earn up to a maximum of a 5.0 rating. Anything I type before “ >>> ” iz what I’m sayin’ before I listen to tha song; anything after I type “ >>> ” iz what I think of tha song while I’m listening to it. Sometymes, I may not rate a song too high on its first listen, but in tha future, I could be playin’ it more than a higher-rated song…

01. Alesso & Katy Perry “When I’m Gone”

I don’t have, really like, tha information on me, except for whatever’s on tha iPod; so, it’s just artist, title, mix, but let’s see how we’re gonna kick thingz off fa this February 2022 edition of this cold January, so far…! So, goin’ into that 1^st track; let’s see what we got… Oh, geez, look at this collab, right chea! I actually know tha track, already… Now, how big will it big? I have ta say, for a collab like this, I mean, look at: expected Katy to just, like, be #1 on tha Promo Only, back in 2011 with just a remixed style. Now, collabbin’ with tha big DJs; so, shout out to this collab ‘cause they sound good together…! So, we’ll see if it blows up tha Billboard charts with its, you know, should we call it “Kitty”? But now, she’s an ‘80s babies in her 30’s, like me; “in tha nature,” that’s right…! Thinkin’ as big as Surf Mesa & Emilee with “ily (i love you baby)”? Tha vocal-choppin’ at tha end? Yeah, shout-out to Aless’, choppin’ up tha Katy, right as it ends! That’s a good lil’ tease, right there ‘cause I felt like I wanted more of that drop, like, that vocal-chop drop. My Current Rating: 4.3

02. Jennifer Lopez “On My Way (Marry Me) (TELYKast Remix)”

A new one from J.Lo & #2 on tha Promo Only, just like back on tha October 2007 edition, when she was tellin’ us to “Hold It, Don’t Drop It”! That’s right! Can’t believe that’s 15 years ago, when those tymes just seemed like yesterday! And now, we finna see what it turns into, in 2022! No stranger to tha cold tymes, here she iz…! >>> Sounds like a nice lil’ smooth start…; smooth with how that water makes that pressure in tha air…! Exciting ta hear TELYKast remix J.Lo fa 2022…! Sounds like it’s cool, I guess? I dunno, how will tha dance people appreciate this J.Lo, 2022? Fa me, fa LuckyDog, I would say, definitely great with TELYKast! S/O to TELYKast! I did tha BPM survey, earlier, like, a day or two ago & I said, “What can you do to make BPM better? Tell TELYKast that they hope that they never quit!” It’s so random but it’s definitely worth it! ‘Cause there’s “Nobody To Love” & they’re “Unbreakable” ‘cause they won’t stop; they “working”! They’re “On My Way”; it’s just, like, just how they were “Somebody New”! Think of all those titles!! Tha 2^nd chorus kinda has, like, a MEDUZA feel; it’s almost like these TELYKasters just, like, sense them! Put it together…! It’s great when a “heartbreak,” well, “Every heartbreak iz a yellow-brick road;” that’s right! You know, you really learn your lessons by gettin’ hurt; that’s how a 33-year-old like me defines it! And, I’m definitely feelin’ this lil’ bridge part, so shout-out ta how J-to-tha-TELYKast did it together, here! My Rating: 4.4

Intermission: Say y’all, I tried to hang in there but it was great that I came here! It’s just, it’s freezing; I’mma go take it to tha car ‘cause I can’t last any longer out here! But, shout-out to tha 1^st two tracks that we reviewed; it’s off to a pretty-good start! I hope tha transition to tha car, you know, doesn’t change anything! We shall see; stay tiggy-tiggy-tuned fa more! *Goes to his car…*

03. Morgin Madison feat. Dominique “Drifter”

Just this previous Promo Only, we had “Running” with Fluir—however you pronounce it but definitely bangin’ track! Now, we got another one & picked up by BPM, already; it’s just like to just ran past “Running”! You know what? Now, it’s tyme to drift with tha “Drifter”…! >>> To me, it just sounds like a good track but somethin’ that I’m not too sure if I’ll leave a lotta feedback on, right now… Prolly ‘cause I’m still runnin’ with “Running”…?! A pretty-good part after tha chorus, you know, when tha music picks up & everything? Shout-out to “Drifter”, in a way! See, I’m already drifting with “Drifter”, so shout-out to it, again! I feel like I like tha 2^nd verse a lil’ better? I feel like Dominique tried a lil’ better, so props to havin’ tha extra “props” in tha pipes! Kinda reminds me of Wynter Gordon a lil’, with tha vocals… I can’t believe it’s been nine years since I last heard a track from her! Oh, my God! I know Wynter Gordon had a name change for a stage name but now, in 2022, tha dance world just drifted to “Drifter”! So, here it iz! I like “Running” better but aye, I guess keep tha Morgin Madison tracks coming because he seems to be havin’ a great whole 365 dayz, so far…! My Rating: 4.0

04. Disco Fries x Danny & Tariq “Weight Off”

Yeah; since my full-tymer, recently, I done lost six pounds! Guess what? I’m still just keepin’ it goin’ & flowin’, ya heard me? Just got a lotta responsibilities, so I just—I alwayz stay productive…! >>> It’s a decent house track, so far, from what I’m hearin’…; decent, again, lil’ chorus/track… I didn’t really get to say much, so… I want my “weight” to get back on! That’s right! My Rating: 3.1

05. Galantis x Lucas & Steve x ILIRA “Alien”

It looks like it’s gonna be a dope collab but, at tha same tyme, I feel like it might just be an okay track, with, maybe, too many of ‘em? Maybe some1 shoulda been subtracted? Anyway, let’s get inta this…! >>> I think tha running iz gonna catch people! It’s great to still hear ILIRA! I’m glad we didn’t “lose” her, just like thee Ësto, like I talked about…! Will people get that vibe of noddin’ their head back & forth? Hmm… She wants an “Alien”—she thinks she’s an “Alien”? You know what? If she’s an “Alien”, maybe, I’m my own “Alien” because of tha autisticness? Yeah, what planet am I from? Like, literally… Sounds pretty good… Are people gonna “run, run, run” for this?! I think tha dance world will go for this because they didn’t wanna lose “Lose You” & now, they wanna keep this “Alien”! I definitely feel so…! My Rating: 4.2

06. Craig David & MNEK “Who You Are (M-22 Remix)”

Heard one of tha mixes—it’s like a breakbeat, kinda 132 BPM, Navos-type lil’ remix on BPM & now, we got M-22 on tha remix—this one! >>> I thought tha original—it was good. I mean, I ain’t get ta add it to my playlist but, just, I’ono, maybe I didn’t really fit in it but maybe, I thought it was somethin’ a lil’ more mainstream… Will mainstream really go for Mr. David? Think of how they did 21 years ago! Twenty-One with “Fill Me In” & two decades ago/21 [years] with “7 Days”! Sounds like a cool lil’ house remix, so I guess M-22—it feels like bonus props on this edition fa Promo Only Dance Radio, 2022 of February. Basically, tha emotional parts of “know that you’re a star…” & all that stuff was taken out in this, just to make a house vibe…; I’ll kinda 50/50 it… My Rating: 3.7

07. Martin Jensen x Cheat Codes x Theresa Rex “Running”

Yes, just like Morgin Madison & Fluir, again! Here we are with an actual “Running”, for tha 2^nd edition in a row with a “Running” title! >>> Sounds like a lil’ good lil’ track, right chea; definitely somethin’ what’s up… It’s a decent track, I would say, overall, just by listenin’ to it; again, it would probably need tha exposure fa me to like it a lil’ more… This iz just that deep-housey, kinda Joel Corryish-kinda vibe; that’s what it gives off fa me… It iz a catchy chorus, you know; err-body just wanna try & run away or try & run to somethin’! Like, with ILIRA with tha “run, run, run” & now, we’re “Running”! My Rating: 3.8

08. MEDUZA feat. Hozier “Tell It To My Heart (KREAM Remix)”

Doesn’t need a preview ‘cause I already know it; tha track’s already takin’ over & it’s just, like, seven years after we got taken “To Church” by this Hozier! Now, seven years later, in tha cold, fa 2021 & 2022, it’s “Tell it to my heart ‘cause I can’t keep guessing…!!” They either like that or they love it or they hate it or they… Unfortunately, my mom just think it’s irritating! It’s not for her “heart” but this, I just, I guess I just got my mockingness… Either way, anything KREAM’s been touchin’, it’s just been, like, it has, like, a darker side of good; somethin’ about just how they do it… “Tell it to my heart […] can’t keep guessing […]!” It’s so silly, sometimes! To continue on with tha review of tha song itself, it’s just, MEDUZA been, like, blowin’ up all over. Just takin’ over tha dance world & their slap-housey sound & their signature sound, together, it just really captures this world of dance music! Err-body wants to sound like tha DUZA boyz! Lotta fluctuating vocal ranges, there! My Current Rating: 3.9

09. Öwnboss & SEVEK “Move Your Body”

It looks like it’s a, I wanna say, it’s gonna be a great dance track but then again, I wanna say it’s going to be a house track… A lil’ unpredictable, kind of, for a whole 100.00% but… >>> It sounds like a good zone-out feeling fa this chorus & I feel like I’m right about tha “house” vibe, I was expectin’… Kinda like I mighta heard it somewhere b4? Maybe, just samplin’ tha next tracks to see which dance tracks will actually get out there & all that? That’s prolly where I got my piece from but we’ll see how it does in tha future… I like tha consistent vibe; it just, like, just this vibe of this houseness… They know what it iz! See, it sounds like it’s gettin’ a lil’ better there, at 1:11 ‘cause it’s rewindin’ tha chorus… I like tha lil’ euphoric vibe, you know, in tha chorus, at tymes; it just makes you feel good about yourself… You find tha awesome in you! My Rating: 4.1

10. tyDi & JES “Just Believe”

This could be, what I really hope to be, tha dream collaboration fa this edition? Will this be tha biggest track on here fa me? We’ll have ta see! >>> It’s a pretty strong-surrounded beginning… Sounds like more like a relaxing, wanting-tha-hot-weather-kinda vibe, here… Okay, at least there’s vocal chops; I’ll give them props fa tha vocal chops…! Now, how will this do? I mean, it’s not like it’s a fast-fast track; it’s just, a lil’ dance track, basically. I like tha lil’ bridge part, where JES talk about tha “phone” & err-thang; it’s just, she knows what to “believe” in to get past them fake “phone” junkies, if you just know what I’m sayin’! People that claim that they busy but they definitely not! They always on they phone! I’m gonna see if this one grows a lil’ betta on me, so fa now… My Rating: 3.8

½tyme: Off to a pretty-good start, so far, with a 3.9 average rating, ya feel me? Great job; now, we’re gonna continue…!

11. Frank Walker & Two Feet “Day By Day”

See, Frank Walker, sometymes, a lil’ dry but I’m definitely feelin’ this track he got with MOTi & Shai, “I Wonder”. I really wanted that to get pretty big but nobody really payin’ attention to it! At least I am! So, shout out ta that! But now, this one gettin’ out there… >>> Unpredictable start, as it sounds like it’s dry vibes; Frank Walker, that iz… Yeah, it’s kinda, it’s too slappin’ you with tha slap-house! It sounds like a remake… “Da-de-de-de, de; da-de-de-de-de-de…”-somethin’, remakin’… Sounds like a regular-type of slap-house track, here… My Rating: 3.2

12. Dubdogz x Ofenbach “On My Shoulders”

[No preview, due to continuously playin’ tha tracks through…] >>> Soundin’ pretty dope, here… It’s just definitely what’s up, in a catchy way; tha “weight on my shoulders” part. Shout out to Dubdogz on tha Laidback Luke & Lost Boy track, “Home Alone”! Sounds like good energy comin’ outta tha drop & tha music, here; shout out to tha collaboration from these Dubdogz & Ofenbach…! Sounds like a pretty-good track; …these male vocals of Dubdogz x Ofenbach “On My Shoulders”…! My Rating: 4.0

13. LNY TNZ feat. Andrew Galucki “Anywhere”

“Anywhere” sounds like where I’m eligible because of just how I just love to travel & to just open myself up to tha world with my abilities & everything…! >>> Sounds like okay vocals but I’m really likin’ this danceness that comes b4 tha chorus…! Kinda, like, sounds like Lucas & Steve with that lil’ sound… This iz pretty nice, so shout out to how it’s brewed! Nice lil’ upbeat chorus; LNY TNZ knows what it iz! Lucas & Steve-kinda style, right there, from LNY TNZ & Andrew Galucki…! My Rating: 4.3

14. Kim Kaey x Tvilling “Thinking About You”

[No preview; just got right into tha track…] >>> I can’t complain it; it sounds pretty good, so far… It sounds like it wants to be Londonbeat, here, like, how they just “thinking about [them].” That’s just what it sounds like to me; not really feelin’ tha music, here… Kinda a deep way to just, be like, “Yeah, yeah, here we are!” That’s just what tha chorus’ like? Maybe, I’m wrong? That’s just what I thought of it soundin’ like… My Rating: 1.6

15. Alok “Squid Game (Let’s Play)”

[No preview; just gettin’ right into tha track…] >>> An interestin’ way how he comes up with tha “Squid”, here…! So now, iz it gonna be all slapped out? A lil’ more energetic…! I’ll give Alok tha props, here; I like that it’s pretty much lots of music! That’s definitely what’s up! It’s just, like, takin’ this song & this one may top tha rankings…! My Rating: 4.5

16. BIA “Can’t Touch This (R3HAB Remix)”

[No preview; just gettin’ right into tha track…] >>> I can’t believe she took Kelis’ lil’ “Milkshake” part; I can’t believe that’s 19 years-old, now! I mean, to make it into a house remix, I would say it sounds catchy with how R3HAB connected with BIA, here… Even tho I’m not really big about BIA, as far as female rap… Kinda likin’ this “Milkshake” part, with tha way it’s flowin’, but fuck all those “money” lines! That shit’s just garbage! Now, when you say, “Gucci bags don’t excite me,” well, money, money, money “don’t excite me”! My Rating: 4.2

17. Majestic feat. Autumn Rowe “Tricky”

Shout out to an Autumn, now, in dance music! Autumn iz my stepbrother’s girlfriend’s name, so shout out to them… They’re definitely somethin’ special—a special pair & I alwayz wish them tha best! >>> Sounds like somethin’ tryna be cool? More about tha bassline, here… I’ll give it its props ‘cause it’s Majestic; he seems ta alwayz change tha style up, whenever he producin’, featurin’, etc.! This one’s more on tha tryna-be-cool side, so maybe it’ll be in tha 3.0’s range fa me? Sounds like a shy Autumn from tha hood? That’s just how I feel like it sounds, here… I’ll just see how this one does…; as far as tha rating, I’ll go with… My Rating: 3.5

I feel like I’m gonna fear this; it’s prolly gonna be what I think it’s gonna be & that would kinda suck! That would be weird, if it’s what I think it iz… Like “Hot In Here”, not “Hot In Herre”? It won’t play, lol! It doesn’t wanna play! Iz that a sign? It wants me to go on tha interstate, first…! I’m hidin’ “in” tha dark on this one…! >>> *Hears beginning music* That’s why I wanted ta hide “in” tha dark! Fuck this weird shit! Whatever happened to tha other “R”?! Happy two decades, now, to tha original version! Who woulda thought it would live till tha test of tyme of today? I already heard Tiga do a lil’ slower version, so this can just get tha fuck…! I mean, tha drop part iz kinda cool but are people gonna really buy this? Like, “Hot In Here”, without tha “R”? Wtf?! Where iz tha “R”?!? Like, where iz he goin’ with that voice, there? Or “thurr,” I should say? Like “Right Thurr”! And, who knows who this female iz! That other one, that Dani one, that was on Nelly’s “Hot In Herre”, I forgot her name… Dani Stevenson or somethin’? My Rating: 1.0

[No preview; just gettin’ right into tha track…] >>> Seems like catchy but it kinda, like, iz a guilty pleasure, here… A nice lil’ build-up; I’m surprised that Calum Scott iz a lil’ catchy, here. He usually iz just “Dancing On [His] Own” that he knows how to steal that from Robyn! So, for me, it’s just like, ahh, get tha fuck outta here! This tyme, he’s a lil’ catchy… My Rating: 3.9

20. NEIKED x Mae Muller x Polo G “Better Days (Regard Remix)”

[No preview, due to continuously playin’ tha tracks through…] Doesn’t need a preview; I already know this one! Steve Aoki’s Remix Radio gettin’ this remix; now, it’s tryna get out there! It’s just really buildin’ its popularity up! Shout out ta this special, mega collab! Who woulda thought Polo G would be on Dance Radio?! Here we are!! February ’22; hit it! *Drop plays* I definitely like how Polo G keeps tha rhymes flow-flowin’ on this track, with NEIKED comin’ back, here, four years! “Roll one, let’s get high tonight!” Shout out ta him! I luv how Mae Miller wants tha “Better Days”! She’s like, “Better! Better! Better! Ooh, I want tha better!!” Think: a decade ago, tha “betta” was “F U Betta” (Neon Hitch); I love Neon Hitch! Hope she continues makin’ music & alwayz continues ta reach tha “Better Days”! Tha “Better Days…!!” It’s kinda, like, got everything in it! A tiny piece of guilty pleasure; it’s got your rapper, it’s got your dance artist, your female vocalist, your DJ, you know, your catchy drop! Everything! Tha Billboard charts & now, Regard on tha remix! My Current Rating: 4.4

21. Gabry Ponte with R3HAB & Timmy Trumpet “Call Me”

[No preview; just gettin’ right into tha track…] >>> It’s a Blondie remake! It’s a fuckin’ fast song?! I feel tha confidence! Definitely feelin’ tha lil’ vocals, here & I just luv tha fast beats!! I’m really feelin’ a good vibe about this; fast beats…! Tha vocals are a lil’ spaced out…! My Rating: 4.5

Overall: I have ta say, it definitely was somethin’ that seemed like it was worth it, in a good portion of wayz… It didn’t fail that many tymes; there was some crap, at tymes… As far as tha Promo Only Dance Radio February 2022 edition, it turned out to be a fairly-decent review. That means, we’re gonna have a fairly-decent February? I just really only hope for tha best, so I’m glad I got ta do this review fa y’all, courtesy of bein’ in Niagara Falls & just survivin’ tha cold! It was just, like, bitterly cold, in tha negatives, when I went to work last night & just drivin’ from PA, all tha way to Niagara Falls, NY, str8 outta full-tyme! With that bein’ said, let’s keep tha energy up! I dunno what else to expect in 2022; let’s make it somethin’ with a lotta vibes!! Let’s have that Gabry Ponte collab/kinda beats really set tha tone fa tha energy! You gotta have that fastness!!
