I rate each song from 1.0 – 5.0; each rating iz my own opinion! I only please myself wit my ratings! As long as it’s jammin’ enough for me to like it, I like it how I wanna like it! I look for beats, then vocals, and then lyrics. To determine my favorites, I will differ tha 4.0 ratings. If a song gets at least a 4.0 rating from me, I love it already. If at least a 4.6 rating, I pretty much really love it, as it’s considered mindblowin’ when I hear it! Any song can earn up to a maximum of a 5.0 rating. 01. ZERB & The Chainsmokers feat. INK “Addicted”

Here comes this one… Crazy that we’d be in a world where a TH3RD BRAIN track iz strong enough to kick off a Dance Radio edition! However, this one definitely gets me jealous with its exposure bein’ more than The Chainsmokers’ previous collab (“Jungle)”, which previously topped my 2023 year-end countdown… *Rehears* Yeah, these vocals are ehh & seem worse, once tha drop comes through. Not feelin’ ‘em & yeah, still surprised with this slower sound takin’ over. Reminds me too much of a SXM Chill-type sound… Ick @ tha 2^nd verse, soundin’ all like a total R&B track, only in tha dance world than tha hip-hop world… My Current Rating: 2.2

Hopefully, we can get more on track with tha right kinda male-vocal track, this tyme…? >>> Sounds like a decent start; let’s see how anthemic it turns… Sounds like an okay, anthemic-type of chorus & then, nice job on tha drop! Definitely feel tha progression, includin’ with JS’s contributions…! Tha rest of this sounds nice to hear, as it progresses… Not much else to say; we’ll see how it does. My Rating: 4.4

Like, this why your brain gotta stay supa-smart, all tha tyme! Love that this May edition celebrates 18 years of reviewin’ tha Dance Radio editions! Brainwork! With that bein’ said, S/O to how Oaks comes through with tha rest of ‘em, here. Oaks = Winona Oak, for more brainwork. *Wink, wink…* Awesome energy & I hope it continues to build, durin’ this awesome-soundin’ year…! My Current Rating: 4.8

Looks like a nice collab, between these three… Gonna hear this in full, for tha 1^st tyme… >>> Sounds like a good track for a female to bring energy on, in a chill-but-energetic way! Definitely likin’ how tha chorus sounds choppy & jumpy, as well as its upbeat, chill-type of euphoria! Definitely interestin’, to say…! As tha rest of this progresses, I still am in-tune with tha tune, itself. My Rating: 4.3

Will these anthems continue to “Explode” in our ears? >>> Not sure about how I feel about this instant-vocal start, with these sampled vocals… Sounds much betta with tha build-up & drop, in a way to recover from tha beginning! Too bad there’s a 2^nd verse with tha vocals, to continue on… At least tha build-up/drop saved this from bein’ a total disaster! My Rating: 3.8

Got a sample of this, not too long ago… Couldn’t really judge till I got to focus on it, just now… >>> Sounds like a nice lil’ collab! Definitely nice how tha Guetta sound iz really on top of tha world, both with tha excitement & exposure! I think this iz a nice lil’ collab. Who woulda thought it’d be 17 years with these OneRepublic guys… Definitely feelin’ tha energy & how they turn “Dragostea Din Tei” in to this, 20 years after I heard tha 1^st one, on Music Choice Dance! Luv how she kicks off tha energy & you can really feel it in her exciting vocals! Definitely luv how she continuously delivers, includin’ infectin’ err-body with tha infectious chorus! Gotta luv tha energy of tha drop, too, as they turn it up a notch from tha norm! Plus, tha 2^nd drop, in a full-fashioned SL-type of ½-paced way…! My Current Rating: 4.5

Saw this one around, not too long ago… We’ll see how these boyz continue to bring tha vibes out tha house… >>> Sounds like an R&B start that turned in to a house build-up… Tha energy kinda dropped in a quiet space, once tha drop hit from tha build-up’s end… Then, tha transition throughout tha drop brings tha energy back… I would say, not too bad/anotha nice way to progress, like their previous track (“You Know It”). My Rating: 3.8

Sounds like a good lil’ house track, in a random way. My Current Rating: 3.9

More Guetta & lookin’ at tha collab, it reminds me too much of a male version of “Heartbreak Anthem”. Sounds great with tha energy; definitely inescapable, here… Seems like a guilty pleasure to get used to tha vocals, here, but they seem to not be stopped. It’s almost like you have to get used to their strength…? We’ll see how I carry this one on… My Current Rating: 3.7

Definitely likin’ her appearance on tha latest ARTY track that’s out now, “Take So Long (Find You)”. This more like a surprise appearance, compared to tha average track that would appear on here. S/O to FS’s 2^nd Dance Radio appearance, followin’ their 7/17 appearance with “One Day”, collaboratin’ with XIRA for 5/24! As far as tha song, itself, I’m likin’ tha regular-soundin’ beats, throughout tha verses. I like how XIRA sounds, with her unique voice… Tha chorus sounds nice to hear & tha drop’s on that euphoric, travelin’-type of vibe…! Not too sure how well this’ll do in tha world, but I got it generatin’ success, on my end! My Current Rating: 4.6

Seems like it’s a special-type of vibe with Ms. Lipa & Chloe Caillet on tha remix…! Once tha 1^st verse hits, it seems more like a faster-pop vibe than tha dance vibe it brought out? Lots of interesting transitions, at tymes, which makes this for an awesome opportunity for its longer length! As far as how this continues to progress, I definitely am feelin’ how it keeps tha excitement continuing. I give tha two of ‘em my props… My Rating: 4.5

I like how tha music sounds like it got a boost from tha original’s pace, though this just seems like Mr. Belt & Wezol are lookin’ at $$$, here. B4 I get in to this one, I have to say, in reference to this track: Exactly one year b4 my violence, on June 26, 2021, I was filmin’ what I thought was one of my music videoz. However, tha dudes switched up on me & made me film a video to one of their 2011 tracks. I thought to myself, “…Why am I workin’ on somethin’ that’s 10 years-old?” Since then, it seems like a bunch of these older tracks are havin’ rebirths or somethin’? At least on here, it’s a new remix. I just can’t dig tha original versions playin’ like their new & current; seems unfair. With that bein’ said, lemme take some tyme for this remix, to wrap up this edition… >>> Really just seems like tha vibe of tha original, just a lil’ slower… Tha PNAU signature sound goes with tha combo. I hope this makes Sophie put out some new music again, soon. Luved her last PO appearance, from tha November 2010 edition with “Not Giving Up On Love”! Thought to myself, “Wow, that was tha last I’ve heard from her, [x] years later, [x] years later, one decade later…” So yeah, not really somethin’ I’d jump for joy about; almost similar to tha original, imo. My Rating: 2.5
 
 
Overall: Seemed like we had a lot at stake, here… Definitely was nice hearin’ a good portion of these tracks; lots of great vibes, b4 tha birthday hits for tha summer! Anybody I’m around should alwayz know, if tha music’s real nice, tha environment should be, as well! If tha moments are golden, tha environment should be, as well!
