What’s up, what’s up? Ya boy FrankieThaLuckyDog, here… I am broadcasting live from Scranton, PA & I’m ‘bout ta do my 2,047th review, right now… Promo Only—shout-out to them—Dance Radio January 2024! How will we gon do it fa tha leap year? We’ll have to find out & this’ll be tha vibe…! I ain’t look at no tracklist, yet; everything iz done off tha top of tha head & on tha spot, right now… We gon get through this park, right chea… Startin’ off, str8 from tha Nay Aug… We’re gonna go see these 19 tracks right chea, as it iz 49 degrees out right now… It iz definitely on & poppin’, so who knows… It’s all blind from here! Start Tyme: 12.09.2023 @ 7:48 PM | End Tyme: 12.10.2023 @ 10:36 AM

Disclaimer: I type how I wanna type (frequent use of “tha” instead of “the,” “iz” instead of “is,” “a”-ending words instead of “er,” and a few others). I rate each song from 1.0 – 5.0; each rating iz my own opinion! I only please myself wit my ratings! As long as it’s jammin’ enough for me to like it, I like it how I wanna like it! I look for beats, then vocals, and then lyrics. To determine my favorites, I will differ tha 4.0 ratings. If a song gets at least a 4.0 rating from me, I love it already. If at least a 4.6 rating, I pretty much really love it, as it’s considered mindblowin’ when I hear it! Any song can earn up to a maximum of a 5.0 rating. Anything I type before “ >>> ” iz what I’m sayin’ before I listen to tha song; anything after I type “ >>> ” iz what I think of tha song while I’m listening to it. Sometymes, I may not rate a song too high on its first listen, but in tha future, I could be playin’ it more than a higher-rated song…

01. Eliza Rose x Calvin Harris “Body Moving”
Label: Epic
This iz a pretty-big track from two big artists, so it’s definitely gettin’ tha exposure, right now…! Shout-Out to Eliza; this why we travel! It’s all about that international success! Yeah, definitely love it, you know?! Calvin & them hornz for Eliza! So yeah, Eliza should definitely deserve tha most success! Definitely thumbs up to Eliza & Calvin Harris fa keepin’ tha vibe goin’ with tha bodies “moving”! Since I know it already, it gets a current rating…  Yes, I will keep my “Body Moving”! All tha way down [tha road] I go…! My Current Rating: 4.3

02. David Guetta & Kim Petras “When We Were Young (The Logical Song)”
Label: Warner
Oh, this one’ll feel like it’s definitely a big one fa me, right chea!! Courtesy of a huge fastness of 140 BPM!! Shout-Out ta this one! See, I definitely luv tha tymes like these! I definitely feel like they’re nostalgic! Like “tha old dayz,” you know? Now, in today’s age, it takes, sometymes, a bit of a boost, you know? Sometymes, tha Addy way! Like, even feelin’ like tha igloo [light decoration], right now, it’s like “tha old dayz,” you know? If you go in tha igloo & you can picture it… & just zone out! You can just crawl to tha igloo; that’s how simple it was. Now, courtesy of that definite speed boost, it’s 100.00%!! This tyme, with Kim around on tha track, I’m definitely surprised, you know… I definitely appreciate it that Mr. Guetta, outta all these generations we’ve been through with him over tha past two decades, this iz how he comes through! Total perfection, you know? It’s like they flipped a ‘70s track [Supertramp “The Logical Song”] & turned it in to, basically, 140 BPM of upbeatness! Definitely euphoric & nostalgic, so shout-out ta this! I luv how everything iz live in effect! My Current Rating: 5.0

03. Kaskade feat. Darla Jade “On My Way”
Label: ARKADE
It’s out there… We’ll see what it’s like, right now… >>> Shout-Out to whoever he’s got with tha vocals [Darla Jade]… Sounds like a good lil’ track, on a slower, catchier side… I’ono, it could be good? It could be basic? Yeah, it’s like a mix of the catchy deep-house vibe, you know? I guess bein’ in that decent zone but wit a lil’ spice of extra catchiness. Yeah, definitely feelin’ how—I know who she iz [Darla Jade]—comin’ through, on tha 2nd verse… This where I have ta do tha research…! It’s tha extra work to just figure out where tha voice iz comin’ from. That’s just how I feel about my vocalists… Alwayz been [since ‘06]! Tha good thing about great music that you gotta embrace today iz that you have to dig for “buried treasure,” as I alwayz call it. You just gotta really put tha moments together! Put tha value in to appreciatin’! That’s why these live reviewz come in to play! If you know you’re in-tuned to wanna do it? Like Kaskade say, “On My Way”! Exactly! Feels good to just be on top of a lil’ mini mountain, right here… Just kickin’ back, stretchin’ tha legz. It’s all important to stretch them legz & be “on [your] way” to just shakin’ back from whateva bonez be breakin’ & gettin’ in tha way! Yeah, I’m “On My Way”! My Rating: 4.4

04. []
Label: Enhanced
[Review Removed] My Rating: 4.1

05. PARISI feat. L Devine “Believe In Myself (US Dance Radio Edit)”
Label: Major
I love tha featured vocalist who doesn’t really get tha proper credit, at tymes! I definitely love this contribution, so shout-out to PARISI feat. L Devine “Believe In Myself (US Dance Radio Edit)”! A shorter on this lil’ edit but you gotta luv believin’ “in” yourself, especially tha L Devine contributions to what’s gonna be featured on my upcoming 24th annual year-end countdown, coming next month! “Break My Heart” with Rudimental & “Overnight” with Tobtok & Adam Griffin! Shout-Out to believin’ in yourself! It’s all about just lovin’ that slow, almost-acapella—not really in this version-type of vibe that builds up to believing in that energy! Yeah, I definitely hope L Devine keeps believing! Definitely gotta have her for tha 2020’s! She’s got tha 2020’s on lock, specifically 2023 right now, but she’s comin’ fa 2024, as well! It’s definitely a moment we can’t really take for granted but definitely gotta appreciate to tha 100.00% fullest! When all these faster tracks are comin’ out, this what I wanted, you know, 15+ years ago! During those tymes where it seemed like they were fading out but now, they are on tha uprise, again & I’m appreciatin’ every single moment!! For those that don’t wanna “believe in” themselves…, why even have talent to breathe? You know ‘cause it’s all about believing! If you ain’t believing, you’re not breathing! My Current Rating: 4.5

06. MK feat. Clementine Douglas “Take My Chance”
Label: Ultra
I predicted earlier in tha day… This one right here, I heard it… I can’t really give an exact detail, so we’ll detail it right now. Shout-Out to tha females that don’t really get tha credit they deserve, that I love to appreciate [Clementine Douglas]! Shout-Out to this track; it seems like it’s got that uprisingness to bring outta people. It’s all about takin’ that “chance”! This seems like just an easy chorus; they made it too easy. This iz MK at his houseiest. Then, tha vocal-chop… Alwayz—alwayz tha big plus from me, so shout-out ta that! Makin’ me appreciate tha females of this decade! Yeah, voices in tha mind taking up tha tyme. I paraphrased those words, right now, but that’s tha kinda vibe ya gotta have! Tha voices are callin’ in your head! Just “take” that “chance”! When you feel 100.00% confident, you “take” that chance! They really want every1 ta move their body fa this one but guess what? Today iz tha only day! It’s gonna start snowin’ after this, so where are we gonna move it? Tha studio, basically. My Current Rating: 3.9

07. KSHMR feat. Hannah Boleyn “Tears On The Dancefloor”
Label: Spinnin’
Shout-Out ta Hannah, earlier in tha year! Now, here we are with an Icona Pop title from a recent track, as well…! >>> I feel like it’s 10 years later from when we “[Danced] Our Tears Away” with that John De Sohn “Dance Our Tears Away” to “Tears On The Dancefloor”—just flipped tha words fa 2023 – 2024! It seems like a powerful lil’ chorus ta kick it off & tha build-up, you know, it makes you just wanna get up & just, even though hidin’ in tha shadows but really appreciatin’ tha vibe! Tha drop iz definitely, you know, got that energy! Progressed & it delivered! It iz delivering! I’m liking how tha sound changed at 1:03, as well! Shout-Out to KSHMR for—to me, it reminds me of a Showtek track, you know? Those dayz! Think: Goin’ to Arrowhead Lake, in PA! Those were tha “Booyah” tymes! Now, here we are! All about tha “tears,” just, found “on tha dancefloor.” This iz definitely a dope collab; I’m definitely feelin’ tha 2nd lil’ pre-chorus, right there! Just really deliverin’ in a great way! It’s just tha way to be: anthemic!! If somebody was to do somethin’ really bad to you, you just—that’s where its resting place will be! That second you feel something & it really changes your life! That’s where it’s left! It’s like how peoples’ spirit iz somewhere, that’s where tha moment iz, for me. When something really life-changing happens… Definitely thumbs up! I wish this one success!! My Rating: 4.6

08. Nathan Dawe x Bebe Rexha “Heart Still Beating”
Label: Helix
This definitely iz definitely somethin’ that, you know, if it just hits ya right now, it’s gonna hitcha pretty good! Shout-Out to them—well, shout-out ta him, Nathan, I should say, on Track #08… “0800 HEAVEN”, it just came through & took over tha summer. That Mount Rushmore moment?! Like, now, tha beats are comin’ out 140 BPM! That’s why I went to Mount Rushmore! Tha confidence, I told ya! Just about bein’ on this cliff! I knew I just wanted to just say, “It’s a cliff!” ‘cause you know what? Here comes tha strength of tha beats & vocals, so shout-out to Bebe Rexha & her “Heart Still Beating”! Think: Bebe, 10 years ago—a decade ago, we were goin’ to tha Zeus building, when she was with Cash Cash & “Take Me Home”! Now, a decade later, look at tha vibes of Mount Rushmore, tha everglades! It’s so hard ta lose, when you’re winning non-stop! It’s alwayz good to be human like Bebe because look how successful she became, in tha decade! A lotta Bebe moments… She was like a BB gun! She just went, “Brr-Brr-Brr!,” as far as them hits! We’re talkin’ ‘bout big tracks…! Big collabz! Just like this one! I definitely wish Nathan tha best of success ‘cause “0800 HEAVEN” & this?! Definitely somethin’ you don’t see every single day & so you alwayz take this for granted ‘cause this iz just somethin’ special! I definitely love how they collab & Nathan just layin’ down tha awesome music, so shout-out ta them! My Current Rating: 4.9

09. Showtek feat. Sonny Wilson “Shine”
Label: Skink
It’s so ironic! I just mention them two songs ago & now, here we are, in tha same year, same edition! This one, I just heard it also on The Chainsmokers’ #Electro15 & now it iz here on tha live review! So, 10 years after that Arrowhead Lake trip, we are here with “Shine”! >>> It sounds like a pretty-good promising start… You wanna feel like a “Shine”… shining star, that iz! For me, it’s all about bein’ an underground celebrity. I’m feelin’ tha Showtek vibe with tha—it seems like tha…, I would say, a hot weather-type vibe. Tha Sonny Wilson vocals? I feel like he alwayz throws me off with tha voice, every tyme; I can’t never stick with a distinct one! It’s alwayz a new experience…! I’m feelin’ tha track buildin’ up, as I’m just movin’ my body around…! Yeah, shit yeah! We’re definitely ‘bout ta bring that energy out fa tha leap year comin’ up! 2024! Yeah, tha drop soundin’ pretty nice, right chea…! Definitely thumbs up! Can’t deny to “Shine”! Yeah, “good life”! It’s all about tha “good life”! However, you’re “constantly hungover,” Sonny? Just “constantly” be fulla dat THC, lol! Yeah, definitely gotta let that drop “Shine” & ‘preciate those moments! I’m definitely feelin’ it…! You know what, I was just thinkin’, I wanna make this a two-night event, right chea…! It’s too good of a review to just be in one night! That’s just how I’m feelin’, right now! There’s gonna be a continuation of it! My Rating: 4.5

½tyme: I am definitely stoked with how this edition iz goin’, right now! I can’t be more than happy to say that we are at a 4.5 for tha average rating!! Coming up, tha continuation! It was definitely good knowin’ ya witcha energy & err-body else that contributed to this edition because 4.5’s just awesomeness! That’s how I feel about right now with tha music, you know, that just… a lotta high-energetic vibes comin’! Let’s keep it comin’ this way because these are tha best vibes fa me, deep down inside! With that bein’ said, I can’t wait ta see what else will surprise me next, with Track #10, when I return with Promo Only Dance Radio January 2024, fa now! *Paused at 9:20 PM…* *Resumes tha next day, at 8:45 AM…*

10. John Newman “Guiding Light”
Label: Robbins
When you see John Newman, 136 BPM & Robbins, you think, like, okay, we crossed all tha barriers, right now! We broke ‘em down because this gonna be epic! I definitely luv how he anticipates and then, it comes! I definitely love tha energy & he just, really, lets it all out on tha chorus! Definitely feelin’ 100.00%!! Remember: You don’t get this every day! Somethin’ that doesn’t come that often! Just gotta alwayz have it in ya! You gotta really feel John Newman here, from tha beginning of his Rudimental collab, “Feel The Love”! Now, here we are…! He just comin’ through with pure strength! Definitely one of his best songs from me! Think: no lights lit! Then comes John Newman with his “Guiding Light”! Definitely some of tha best 160 seconds, in a long minute! My Current Rating: 5.0

11. Tyla x Marshmello “Water (Remix)”
Label: FAX/Epic
Shout-Out to tha international success from everyone but I’ono if I’m gonna really anticipate this one… >>> I guess their collab on tha remix iz okay. I guess people do like elements like “Water”, though. Izn’t that why I have tha blue on? See tha blue… I guess this iz tha three years later, following tha KREAM & ZOHARA “Water”? Can’t believe it seems like three years, you know? Tha tyme be flyin’ but this “Water”? Still decent, in my opinion; above-average fa me… I guess this just tha pop-dance vibe of today, in today’s world? My Rating: 3.6

12. ARTY feat. Malou “Jump”
Label: Armada
Shout-Out to this track out there, right now… Alwayz good, now that Promo Only showin’ a lotta luv to tha Armada label releases, especially as of this year. ARTY, he’s never been this lucky! There’s been buku ARTY tracks, over tha past decade! After his departure from Ultra Records, everything comin’ from a decade ago playin’ effect, today. We in our own lane now!! I’m really diggin’ how tha female vocal sounds seductive, here & just… it sounds like she believes in herself, like how L Devine was believin’ in PARISI…! Tha “Jump” on tha bouncy drop… it’s, just, basically… good, I guess? I mean, certain ones can hitcha & feel good—you get those good goosebumps. This one’s just like, ‘We’re just progressin’ through.’ Makin’ me like tha whole verses with tha vocals better. That’s usually where tha drop would excite me more… Yeah, it’s startin’ to rain! Thanx, Tyla & Marshmello, earlier, for your “Water” ‘cause it’s comin’ down! We ain’t afraid of it! Nah-uh…! My Current Rating: 3.8

13. BUNT. x Johan Lenox “Love”
Label: Arista
It’s out there… I can’t really call it, so here goes tha review. >>> With tha Johan Lenox, he sounds like, one of them Juice WRLD-kinda, you know, melodic, emo-trap people with tha vocals, here… Then, combined with BUNT.? Yeah, I can see it bein’ a decent set of energy, here. That’s really, just, I mean, like, you know, I love what I do! So, bein’ in tha rain ain’t no biggie to me…! It’s, just, you feel free. “Feel like [you] in love” but “feel” free. Kinda sounds like it can be future-nostalgic ‘cause of those emo trap-like, melodic vocals… I mean, look it, it’s pouring, right now & they’re making me just appreciate this moment. I like how tha build-up’s comin’ for tha 2nd drop…! Other than that, it’s just, like, an okay, future-nostalgic track. My Rating: 3.7

14. Sistek x Sadie Rose Van “Pull You Closer”
Label: Armada
I’m definitely excited ta hear a brand-new track, courtesy of bein’ in tha rain, right now! So, “High AL,” as I used to call it! Tha “AL” was “Anticipation Level”. Now, you look at it & you look at it like Al (“AI”, where tha “I” iz one str8 line), like a lower-case “L”, ya heard me? >>> Startin’ off with tha vocals & tha chorus… It sounds like… more like a poppy-kinda party anthem? Kinda like a slower, deep housey-type beat/music, here… To me, I dunno, it just seems more pop/dancey than dance/poppy. I mean, it could be a flip-flop, either way. Whatever you wanna consider it… I’ll have to grow with it… Maybe, if more exposure out in tha world’ll help me appreciate it more? We’ll have to see how it does. My Rating: 3.5

15. Sander Van Doorn & Robert Falcon “Rapture”
Label: Spinnin’
I really hope this iz somethin’ really anthemic! Especially, you know, tryna feel nostalgic about tha music comin’ out, these dayz! So, let’s see what we got…! >>> It’s goin’ back to when we were younger with this iiO remake—look at it, it’s even fast, too! They’re tryna make it like a fast way of makin’ me wanna feel appreciated for it, for tha upcomin’ year! It’s like me approachin’ 2001, like, you know, this was really how I started, in tha video business [becoming a photog-editor/actor on camera]! October 1, 2001, when I went in to my 8th grade video class, for tha 1st tyme! Had my 1st short film out! Shout-Out to Alien Nation III: The Escape, at Age 13! iiO’s “Rapture” was takin’ over! Now, we have this fast “Rapture” for 2023 into 2024! It does seem like a guilty pleasure for me ‘cause it’s like, hey, “Rapture”! Still doin’ them countdowns & everything! Now, here we are & it’s a much-faster “Rapture”! This iz crazy… I definitely love how all these DJs & artists are comin’ through & just, really, speedin’ err-thang up because this iz what I grew up to. I just feel like hearin’ this & goin’ back to tha igloo, right here (“When We Were Young”) & this was somethin’ when I was young; 13 years-old! I just look at it as like, wow, it’s tha past; I’m encountering it. Something that inspired me but there’s nothing more I can get outta it, today [also referring to my past livings at my hometown, Long Island, NY]. Now, we’re doing bigger & betta thingz! I just consider it like a bonus track, overall… My Rating: 4.0

16. Shermanology x Boyz II Men “Motown Philly”
Label: Three Six Zero
Hit us with tha remake. >>> I dig tha ‘90s vibes, you know, as Shermanology, you know, alwayz been gr8 vocalists & also, just gr8 DJs. I usually love Shermanology but this one just has that guilty pleasureness to it. At least tha “Rapture” one was fast, for me! “J-Just stay in tha ‘90s, will ya?!” Basically, I guess, that’s my response. I mean, good try with tha music but, I’ono, do we really need anotha “Motownphilly” in tha house? My Rating: 3.1

17. Oliver Heldens + WeiBird “Out Of Love (Radio Edit – English)”
Label: Liquid State
Again with tha remakin’ but this one, even though it done been done in 2004 with Uniting Nations. Now, comin’ through 2023/2024, I like when they take tha melody & they flip it with different words! New words for tha current age that we’re in! Yeah, you know right there, Hall & Oates with tha “Out Of Touch”. Now, here comes this! To me, I feel like I can’t believe we’re in these dayz where we got an “Out Of Love” from an “Out Of Touch”! I like how Oliver Heldens keeps tha same “Out Of Touch” melody & throws it in tha drop! Those dayz, back in ’05 with “Out Of Touch” on Music Choice Dance? I’d be shaking-happy when it would come on!! Good energy, comin’ through from more international stars! My Current Rating: 4.5

18. Pickle “Stompin’”
Label: brine
I never got to check this track out… How will it go? I feel like it’ll be a housey anthem, maybe? Tha rain starts pickin’ up, so I finna get to “Stompin’”! >>> Oh boy, still thrown in to tha remakin’! Where were you in tha late ‘90s? When JS16 was “Stompin’ To [His] Beat”! Those are tymes that I grew up on, like tha premature beginnings of my music obsessions! This, it got a good resurrection for 2023/2024. It’s still, to me, a dance vs. dance-kinda vibe. So, shout-out to this energy! Yeah, this iz so Port Jefferson Station, NY, right here! Think of tha beginnings! So really, just another bonus song fa me. We’re not even just about halfway through tha track… Good job, Pickle! Good job! My Rating: 3.9

19. David May feat. Snoop Dogg “Gettin’ Jiggy Wit It (Riddler x Ethan Capps Remix)”
Label: GETREEL33
Remakin’ Will Smith to end tha edition off? I’m just guessin’ it’s another bonus track, off this edition… >>> What energy in tha beginning…! So random that he’s “Gettin’ Jiggy Wit It”! Just like how he started in tha ‘90s (Snoop)! Now, here he iz, in 2023/2024 with David May. It’s just an upbeat bonus track, remakin’ again… Like, literally, tha Will Smith original parts, here. They think this iz like from Beanie Babies to now! This iz how they’re tryna morph tha past in to tha present… & the future! Now, it’s like, back then, Will Smith was doin’ his tracks, you know, “Miami”, “Gettin’ Jiggy Wit It” & now, I’m livin’ those tymes of “Miami”…! Now, whatcha shmokin’ on? So silly! Only 121 seconds long! My Rating: 4.3

Overall: Tha review itself, it felt definitely euphoric in a lotta wayz! A lotta remakes durin’ tha 2nd ½, you know… They tried to just flip tha coin, heads or tails a bunch of tymes but what we got was a gumbo pot fulla lotsa energy!
